Client, Czech branch of an international manufacturing company,  addressed the long-term decline in profitability and productivity.

The task of the Interim Manager was to heal and start the company as a whole.

 

The solution was  in the overall reorganization of the company, streamlining of production processes, implementation of new production processes and processes at the level of operations, increasing labor productivity. A necessary part of the project was also unpopular measures in the area of reducing the number of employees,  both at the production level and at the management level.

The task of the Interim Manager was  restart of the company, finding new sales channels and overall innovation of the product portfolio.

The solution consisted of an overall audit of the existing strategy and product portfolio and finding new markets, sales channels and an overall recovery of the product structure.
